Lemon Syrup

A very special cake. A delicious fresh Madeira cake baked with lemon zest and steeped with fresh lemon juice. Beautifully finished with a frosted lemon icing and topped with a yellow star. The right cake for those who prefer a not very sweet cake. This is a great afternoon tea cake. This cake can be written. For personalised cakes we require a deposit.

Black Forest Gateau

This is new on the menu so is our personal favourite. Layers of chocolate sponge filled with dark chocolate mousse and cherries and topped with cherries and chocolate flakes. Doesn't that sound delicious: it is!
